Cosmetic Acupuncture
Cosmetic Acupuncture works by rejuvenating facial skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines. It can improve muscle tone of cheeks and jowls and have a tightening effect of the neck. It also enhances the production of collagen through the insertion of needles into the upper surface of the skin.
People suffering from acne can also benefit from Cosmetic Acupuncture as it increases blood circulation leading to better oxygenation of the skin. It will also reduce the appearance of large or visible pores.
A Cosmetic Acupuncture treatment would include fine needles inserted into the skin, followed by Facial Guasha. Facial Gua Sha is used to extract toxic waste, remove blood stagnation and promote normal circulation to the face. The session is concluded with gentle slide cupping which further promotes smooth blood flow and leaves the skin glowing.
Cosmetic Acupuncture is completely natural, using no artificial products, and creates a refreshed, enhanced appearance.

Acupuncture Treatment in Edinburgh
My clinic is in the New Town in a beautiful building with rooftop views of Edinburgh. It is easily accessible via bus and if travelling by car, parking is easy to find. My room is on the 3rd floor so you can choose to either walk up the stairs or there is a lift next to reception which opens up just outside my room (number 54).
My clinic days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday but I can have flexibility with other days, if needed.
